• Certification upon course completion (where applicable)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Course Enrollment and Access

Course access is subject to the following conditions:

• Payment of applicable fees (for paid courses)
• Access duration may be limited as specified for each course
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue courses

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Fees

All fees are as displayed on the platform. We may change fees with notice.

5.2 Payment

You agree to pay all charges using valid payment methods. All payments are processed through PayU Payment Gateway.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies vary by course and are specified at purchase. Generally:

• Full refunds available within 7 days if less than 20% of course content accessed
• No refunds after certificate issuance
• Refund requests must be submitted via enskill.in@gmail.com

6. Intellectual Property

All content on enSkill is protected by intellectual property laws:

• Course materials are owned by enSkill
• No content may be copied, redistributed, or used commercially

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials or access
• Use the Service for illegal purposes

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You must destroy any downloaded materials
• No refunds will be provided unless required by law

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Course completion does not guarantee employment or specific results
• We are not responsible for third-party content or links

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, enSkill shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Govt. of India/ Govt. of Kerala without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes.
